“We live along a footpath, so all the bags of rubble had to be heaved round the house by hand and then barrowed up to the truck. Despite working so hard, they managed to have a friendly conversation with me as they passed back and forth. They picked up every bit of rubble that had fallen from the sacks and took it all with them. I received a waste transfer note and they explained what would happen to the waste, and where they would take it. Absolutely professional, friendly and just plain awesome from start to finish.”

“To offer to take on a job to remove a piano we expected some level of knowledge or expertise. Apparently it was their 1st. No trolly to put it on. Knocked picture off the wall. We provided carpet to assist moving it but scratched our wooden floor throughout. I had to leave the room I was so angry.”
